Working Group on strategies for the definition of policies concerning access services
The Group, established on November 11th, 2015, through Managerial Decree, aims at carrying out the following activities:
- drawing up of a service charter, in which the functional levels of services and organization for the libraries taking part in SBN are defined
- feasibility of cooperative policies concerning acquisition and preservation criteria within SBN
- settlement of a draft communication, conceived as an organizational management tool, dissemination of information, exchange of views among the various communities of interest, and recognition of the SBN services.
