Working group on infrastructures for bibliographic and digital heritage
The Group, established on November 11th, 2015 through Managerial Decree, aims at carrying out study activities in order to define a strategic plan for enabling all institutions involved in exploiting and preserving the bibliographic and digital cultural heritage to use infrastructures.
In particular, the following tasks will be defined:

- rationalization, and related costs, of the state SBN CED (Data Center)
- policies and rules concerning the E-government of digital contents
- integration of the ‘Digital Stores’ project with digital infrastructures
- analysis and evaluation of federated infrastructures, in order to certify and allow users, enabling them to access data and content preservation services.
- activities carried out at international level and connection with development initiatives concerning digital cultural heritage.
