On May 31rst, 2016 the new Working Group for the management and implementation of the SBN Authority File was constituted.
ICCU is the coordinating institution; the activities carried out by the Working Group are related to the upkeeping and control of the authority items of names within the SBN Authority File.

Librarians working in ICCU and  in the following libraries and institutions having their seat in Rome will take part in this Group: Biblioteca Angelica; Biblioteca di archeologia e storia dell’arte; Biblioteca Casanatense; Biblioteca nazionale centrale; Biblioteca statale Antonio Baldini; Biblioteca di storia moderna e contemporanea; Biblioteca universitaria Alessandrina; Istituto centrale per i beni sonori ed audiovisivi.

Other Italian libraries and institutions can take part in the project, if interested in.
